The Loxone Water Sensor Air detects a potential escape of water and immediately informs the Miniserver. Nominated users are then notified via a notification, a phone call, an email, or an audio system played via the multiroom audio, enabling a quicker response time to reduce further damage.

The Water Sensor Air can be placed anywhere around a smart home, restaurant, hotel or office space and is ideal for use in laundry rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and even boiler rooms. It can quickly detect the escape of water from faulty appliances and burst pipes. The comparatively small investment in this sensor can prevent major costs due to water damage in the future.

Preliminary Alarm
